Step One: Outdoor Living Assessment
Our design process begins with an Outdoor Living Assessment. This on-site visit is for clients looking for professional ideas, planning support, and expert guidance for improving their landscape or outdoor living space.
During the visit, we review the property, discuss your goals, identify challenges and opportunities, and determine whether a formal CAD design is the right next step.
$95 deposit credited toward your project if Greenscape Outdoors is hired for the work.
Step Two: CAD Landscape Design
If your project requires a formal design plan, Greenscape Outdoors can provide a custom CAD landscape design tailored to your property and goals.
A CAD design may include planting layouts, patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage solutions, lighting concepts, and other outdoor living features depending on the scope of the project.
CAD design pricing is quoted separately after the Outdoor Living Assessment based on the size and complexity of the project.
If Greenscape Outdoors is hired for the installation, a portion of the design fee may be applied toward the project.
